We are looking at running Apple Day on Saturday 24th October with all things cider in mind (obviously you’re more than welcome to come along and drink an Ale or two).
The plan for the day is visit The Blacksmith Arms, Little Clacton, The Maybush, Great Oakley and then back into Harwich for The New Bell. These are all accessible by buses, please see below details:
Number 3 from Harwich at 11:55 gets to Blacksmiths at 12:35, or 76 from Clacton arrives 12:14
We will then have 30 to 45 minutes at Blacksmiths,
Catch 13:12 from Blacksmiths gets to Maybush at 13:30
Catch 104 from Maybush at 14:37 after a one hour stop, gets to Harwich 15:00
The number 3 bus back to Clacton runs late into the evening now as well so plenty of options for those returning back to Clacton.
